Pricing depends on the size of the load or loads or the single bulk item we remove from your property.

Price per bulk item. $125 if small enough to fill an 1/8 of the trailer. About 9 square ft floor space, wall height is about 4 ft

Price per volume. Quarter load = $200 about 18 square ft

                                Half load = $375 about 36 square ft 

                                Three quarter load = $500 about 52 square ft

                                Full load = $ 600 about 72 square ft

                                All prices are from the floor to the top of the trailer walls.

                                All prices include labor and removal and dump fees of items removed.

                                Discounts for multiple full loads.

 

Extra pricing when applicable. Multiple floor fees for items or load removed up or down multiple flights of stairs. Fees will be determined on-site and agreed by both parties before job is started.

 

Extra pricing for unsanitary removal of single or full loads. Fees will be determined on-site and agreed by both parties before job is started.

 

Vehicle removal if capable of removing for you will be determined per vehicle. We may be able to give you money for your junk vehicle and haul it away to give you the drive way back. Titles will be needed for vehicle removal.

 

Estimates are preferred done on-site but we can give soft quotes over the phone or via text with a description and pictures. Estimates done over phone or via test are subject to change when on-site to make the price fair for both parties.

 

Handy man services are $75 for first hour $60 an hour after. First hour is $75 for any amount of the hour, additional hours will be pro rated  per 15 minutes so $15 per 15 minutes after.

Initial hour includes the drive to and set up.
